Jenna Braddock, MSH, RDN, CSSD, LD/N, ACSM-CPT

Jenna Braddock has been a licensed and registered dietitian since 2005. From day 1 of her career she felt called to help athletes perform at their best and has pursued additional training and certifications to be the best in the field of sports nutrition. She is a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, the highest credential available in the field of dietetics, and specializes in meal planning, food preparation management, lab work assessment, GI health optimization, stress management and optimizing recovery.  


Jenna has worked with high level athletes in many sports including football, baseball, crew, triathlon, long distance running, and weightlifting. Since 2021 she has supported NFL draft prospects prepare for the Combine and now continues to supports their year-round personal nutrition needs as active players. 

Concierge Service

High level athletes all have different nutrition needs and goals. Rhythm Sports Nutrition builds a custom suite of services for each athlete to support their year-round performance & training.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • In-season nutrition management to optimize performance.
  • Custom nutrition plans to meet specific body composition goals. 
  • Food preparation management and oversight of personal chefs or cooks. 
  • Meal planning/delivery support when training on-location.
  • Nutrition recovery protocols when coming back from injury or surgery.
  • Custom biomarker testing, gut health testing, and personalized supplement recommendations. 


Jenna is available to travel to locations when necessary, meet with family members and significant others, as well as offer text support to athletes.
